Skullcandy help
The path to purchase doesn't end after the sale. Being a usability designer is more than designing websites and apps. Thinking about the entire journey of how a customer interacts with a product and how to help them when they get stuck is true usability design. This project was more than a redesign of the Skullcandy.com help center but all of the touch points to help a customer post purchase. I led the overhaul of a quick start product onboarding guide in package, to app and web support. This project utilized vibrant color gradients from packaging to create a uniform experience.
